1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email support@restorarelief.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Once your cancellation request has been accepted, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

We will issue a refund for the amount paid, including any standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

We encourage you to use your Restora Relief set consistently for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your experience, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund of the product purchase price.

Returned items may have been used, provided they are returned in clean and reasonable condition.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@restorarelief.co.uk with your order number.

  2. We will respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and send it using a tracked delivery service.

  4. Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, defective or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will provide either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 14 days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Product Condition & Hygiene

For hygiene and safety reasons, returned items should be in a condition that reasonably reflects normal assessment and trial use.

We reserve the right to reduce a refund where the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
