We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days of being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may occasionally be extended.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 4–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

Delivery to remote locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, may take slightly longer.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

6. Taxes and Duties

All applicable taxes, duties and import-related charges are covered by us. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@restorarelief.co.uk and include your order number.

We will investigate the matter with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your parcel or its contents arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
